How is a successful room booking?
In our system as well as in the places where we cooperate, you can do the bookings very easy. You can only do the following steps such as viewing the information, choose the relevant type of room(s), filling in the booking information, making payment (you may not have to make immediate payment, or you can pay upon check-in), receiving the booking code via email.
How can I change the room booking?
We are always want to enable your changes and plans’ changes. You only are required to send your Room Booking Code as well as your booking change request to our email, we then will verify the terms and conditions and will notify to you shortly via telephone or email. When everything are up to your request, we will then send you the confirmation via email, and you will only have to confirm that email and the change is complete and ready for the interesting holidays
How can I cancel a room booking?
We understand that the room booking cancellation and your holidays cancellation is reluctant and you absolutely do not want such thing to happen, so we want to create the best terms and conditions for you. You only have to contact us to send Room Booking Code as well as the room booking cancellation request to our email. We will verify the terms and conditions and will notify to you shortly about the conditions of room cancellation. When everything is mutually agreed we will send an email to confirm the cancellation and it will be complete.
Can I check-in earlier than the stipulated time?
In order to most facilitate your holidays, we are always ready to support you in case if all the rooms status and availability allow us to do that. You can notify us via email, sms, or Mobile about your schedule so we can support you the best
Can I check-out later than the stipulated time?
We will be happy to serve you more. Your prolonged stay than planned earlier would be our happiness. And when all our conditions allow us to do that, we will be ready to serve you. To enable that, you are requested to notify us in advance so the procedure will be as smoothly as possible.
How can I choose more services?
We understand that your holidays to be perfect thanks for the basic available services: wifi (free), airport pick-up, laundry, restaurant, … we also provide the best travelling services.
